Centurion’s engineering team comprises of experienced automotive design engineers with vast experience in the design, engineering and validation of seating and interiors. This gives Centurion unrivalled capabilities in the safe integration of infotainment systems. In addition our customers can be secure in the knowledge that all standard automotive practices are understood and being adhered to.

Our in-car engineering experience and skill level is further enhanced through the use of CAD tools. Whilst using Catia and Pro-Engineer as the core design tools, Centurion can offer support in ALL industry CAD packages and file formats. These tools support our engineers in:-

Testing Facilities

Centurion houses its own testing facility enabling the majority of required design verification tests to be conducted in-house, including:

- Electrical Testing for functionality, over voltage, reverse polarity, voltage and temperature fluctuation, fluctuating waveform of power supply, field decay and load dump.

- Durability and Endurance Testing covering: switch endurance, long term durability testing, high temperature durability, low temperature durability and head restraint operational durability.

As well as the in-house facilities, Centurion is experienced and adept at utilising recognised third party testing facilities such as MIRA, LTC and SGS.
